Overview
The Speech Perception Laboratory seeks to maximize speech understanding in complex and adverse listening conditions, with a particular focus on factors involved in aging and hearing loss. The goal of the lab is to identify the most important cues for listeners to use in different listening conditions in order to improve the programming of assistive listening devices and design of training protocols.
