*NOTE: The Challenge does not limit the number of applications per institution but requires all projects to be different and separate, and encourages universities to select a single project that best meets the scoring criteria. Therefore, the OVCRI and OFR request that all interested applicants submit an internal campus pre-proposal with project title and executive summary.
